International research facility, Rothamsted Research, chose FORM as fit out partners on numerous fit out projects covering more than 20,000sq ft of design and build laboratory and office fit out, specifically focused on unlocking the potential from each research organisation based at the centre.

Reshaped
Working closely with the Client, we have redesigned the existing space to create a highly functional and flexible office. We’ve removed all of the existing blockwork cellular offices to create a spacious open plan workspace with glazed meeting rooms, collaborative breakout areas and a tea point fitted with contemporary furniture. Our scope of works also included laboratory fit-out, new M&E installations, clean rooms, bespoke joinery and FF&E throughout.
