Steve Potter

Chief Executive Officer

Steve has spent the whole of his 35 year career in construction. Training as a quantity surveyor with city builders Trollope & Colls and then with professional surveyors Franklin and Andrews, he completed his RICS professional examinations in 1989. Working as both a PQS and a contractor’s surveyor has given him a broad understanding of the construction process. Working as a project manager for Osprey Project Management for a number of years added to his experiences and gave him the incentive to set up FORM in 2003. Steve leads the director team and has hands on involvement in all of the company’s projects from initial pitching to handover and beyond into aftercare. Steve’s great love is live music and when not working, he is usually attending music festivals, playing guitar or enjoying a social chat with likeminded people.

Chris Grenfell

Pre-Construction Director

CIOB trained chartered builder with 15 years industry experience. Successfully awarded and delivered commercial interiors projects throughout UK up to £5m in value. Chris is a director with overall responsibility for pre-construction and health and safety. Chris has particular expertise in cost management, estimating and risk management. Having been fundamental to the success of numerous large projects at FORM Chris will lead the project at Director level and will provide solid leadership and guidance to the delivery team, maintaining regular communication with the stakeholders and ensuring high standards of quality are met and kept.

Simon Harwood

Project Manager

Simon brings with him 20 years industry experience from trade background through to project management. Successfully completing commercial interiors projects throughout UK up to £2.5m in value. Simon is a key member of our team and has been with FORM for 8 years. Highly experienced in all aspects of interior fit out and refurbishment Simon possesses excellent leadership and people management skills and will promote a collaborative and enjoyable experience throughout the delivery of the projects.

Harry McCrystal

Contracts Manager

Harry brings with him 10 years industry experience from trade background through to project management. Successfully completing commercial interiors projects throughout UK up to £1.5m in value Harry has gained valuable experience in the construction industry over the past 10 years, coming from a trade background as a qualified electrician to the position of Contracts Manager. He has been involved in a wide range of complex projects across both the private and public sectors and adds real value to every project he is a part of.
