Steve Potter
Steve has spent the whole of his career in construction. Training as a quantity surveyor with city builders Trollope & Colls and then with professional surveyors Franklin and Andrews, he completed his RICS professional examinations in 1989. Working as both a PQS and a contractor’s surveyor has given him a broad understanding of the construction process. Working as a project manager for Osprey Project Management for a number of years added to his experiences and gave him the incentive to set up FORM in 2003. Steve leads the director team and has hands on involvement in all of the company’s projects from initial pitching to handover and beyond into aftercare. Steve’s great love is live music and when not working, he is usually attending music festivals, playing guitar or enjoying a social chat with likeminded people.
