Form passes its annual ISO audit for 2022

We are delighted to announce that we have, once again, passed our annual ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 audit with zero non-conformances.

Our annual ISO audit, which involves a rigorous assessment process, has once again proven our commitment to maintaining the highest quality, environmental and health and safety standards.

Independent British Assessment Bureau’s expert auditors, led by our Quality Manager Russell Johnson and the team, have spent a few days witnessing our processes and connecting with the team – to ensure that we are meeting the requirements.

And we’re delighted to say that we are – with Form once again passing the external UKAS ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 audit with zero non-conformances.

At Form, we conduct a series of regular, high level internal and site-based audits to ensure all our processes are correctly followed, risks are mitigated, legislation is being complied with, and that required improvements are identified quickly. The formal audit process is supported by the monitoring and measurement of core processes against Quality, Environmental and Health & Safety objective targets and key performance indicators, which allows additional improvements to be identified.

All things considered, we invest a lot of time and effort in maintaining our accreditations and ensuring we meet the objectives set out by the internationally recognised ISO standards – with the process requiring buy-in and participation from every level of the business.

Since becoming ISO accredited in 2017, we have passed all our annual audits with flying colours, 2022 included, showing testament to our joint efforts to ensure consistent delivery of safe, sustainable and quality service.
